Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of brokdel.com and the Brokdel platform (the "Service") provided by Brokdel Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Brokdel", "we", "us"). By requesting access, creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

1. What Brokdel is, and is not

Brokdel is an autonomous financial analysis system. It processes public company filings, financial statements, market data and research documents and produces analysis, commentary, valuations and alerts.

Nothing on the Service is investment advice. Brokdel does not provide investment advisory, portfolio management or brokerage services within the meaning of Turkish capital markets legislation or any other law, and is not licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) or any other regulator. Output is generated automatically, may contain errors, and does not take your personal financial situation or objectives into account. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make.

2. Access and accounts

• Access is granted at our discretion after a request is reviewed. We may decline or withdraw access at any time.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials or letting others use your account is not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl or bulk-download data or analysis from the Service, or use it to build a competing product or dataset;
• redistribute, resell or publish Service output outside your organisation without our written permission;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or tenant isolation, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, infringing or malicious;
• use the Service for market manipulation or any other unlawful purpose.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of notes, documents and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process and display it in order to provide the Service, including to generate analysis from it. You are responsible for having the rights to any document you upload, including third-party research reports. Content you mark as visible to your team is shared with members of that team.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, models, analysis and databases are owned by Brokdel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

6. Third-party data

The Service uses data from public and third-party sources, including the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Borsa İstanbul, TEFAS, the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye and others. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Your use of such data may be subject to the source's own terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email.

8. Fees

Access is currently provided under individual arrangements. If fees apply, they are set out in the applicable order or agreement, and these Terms continue to apply alongside it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Past performance shown in the Service is not a guide to future results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brokdel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 1, 4, 5, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
